About Us

The Cherry Creek Schools Foundation is a 501c (3) Non-Profit that connects our community to the Cherry Creek School District by identifying resources and partnerships that result in the implementation of innovative programs and meaningful educational opportunities for all students and educators.  The Foundation relies on you and continues to build long-term relationships with you as business leaders and individuals who know that investing in our students is important for our future. CCSF’s funding affects all students within the district by supporting the growth and diversity of our community and embracing students’ broad range of multicultural and socio-economic needs. The Cherry Creek Schools Foundation supports the mission of the Cherry Creek School District: To inspire every student to think, to learn, to achieve and to care.

Since its inception, CCSF has awarded over 1,000 Educator Initative Grants that fund the work of classroom teachers who ensure that all of our students are prepared for an ever-changing world.  The Foundation has raised more than $7.5 million for groundbreaking educational programs that have touched all of our schools and students.  From elementary school literacy programs, to middle school engineering programs, to high school ethics programs, the Foundation financially backs ideas that get results across all curriculums and grade levels.

Our District

The Cherry Creek School District is one of the highest-achieving school districts in the state. Together, the Vision, Mission, & Values describe the culture of the district: who we are, what we believe, and how we go about providing an excellent education for the children of Cherry Creek.

We educate more than 54,000 children and serve over 300,000 residents in 108 square miles that spread across eight municipalities: Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Foxfield, Glendale, Greenwood Village and portions of Aurora, Englewood and Denver.
